Determine the desktop OS on which you will run the installation program (Windows or Macintosh).
Determine the type of your handheld device (Palm OS or Windows Mobile 5/Pocket PC).
Download the appropriate installation file to the desktop computer.
For a Windows PC, run the downloaded executable on your desktop PC (not your handheld). This will run the installation program and prepares the products to be installed to your handheld.
Mac users will need to register their products here.
Synchronize you handheld device with the desktop computer to install your product.
