Windows CE/Pocket PC has a variety of memory cards. The compact flash card is the most common, although the multimedia card is also used. In all cases, use the following steps to install the product on the memory card:

1. Delete the product from your handheld.
2. Install the product to the memory card.

Following are detailed instructions for each step.

1. Delete the product from your device.

If you are a new user and have never installed the product, you can skip this step.

If the product currently runs from main memory, make sure to remove it from your handheld. To remove the product, follow these steps:

1. Place your handheld in the cradle and make sure it is connected with your desktop
2. On your desktop, select Add/Remove Programs from the Tools menu in the Microsoft Active Sync window.
3. Uncheck the reader and data files for the product you want to delete.
4. Press OK to delete the product from your handheld device.

2. Install the product to the memory card.

1. Place your device in the cradle and make sure it is connected with your desktop
2. Run the installation program you downloaded. If this is a re-installation, you can select Start->Programs->[product name] by Skyscape->Install [product] on device
3. Select No in the confirmation screen that asks you whether to install to the application default installation directory. If you use the Add/Remove Programs dialog, make sure the Install program into the default installation folder is not checked.
4. Select the appropriate memory card in the next dialog.
5. Press OK.
