If for any reason, your Skyscape software does not meet your needs, simply submit the following Refund Request Form within 30-days* of your purchase date and one of our Support representatives will contact you by email or phone to process your refund or exchange.
Please note that we can only provide refunds on items purchased directly from the Skyscape.com website. If you have purchased from one of our partner websites such as Handango or PalmGear, then any refunds will need to be handled by them according to their policy.
Please note that multiple refund requests may require further review and will be confirmed by a Skyscape customer service representative after we speak with you. Skyscape reserves the right to limit/deny returns.
