Open Positions

Manager, Human Resources

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Provide leadership in setting policies and direction in the management and development of the work force consistent with the Company’s mission, vision, specified business strategies and high productivity standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to company executives and managers on matters related to people management and productivity.
  • Ensure that all human resource programs, policies, processes, and procedures encourage teamwork, high morale and quality performance throughout the Company including appropriate recognition of outstanding performance.
  • Ensure the Company is current and complies with all applicable employment related legal requirements and regulations.
  • Determine need and provide appropriate training and career development programs to ensure and enhance the continued growth of performance, skill and experience to meet both Company needs and individual growth and development.
  • Maintain current knowledge of employment practices, trends, innovations and best practices both within and outside the industry; evaluate existing policies, procedures, processes, and programs for effectiveness, make recommendations and initiate changes as appropriate.
  • Create a company strategic recruitment and selection plan and provide leadership and management to ensure the sourcing, employment and retention of a highly productive work force that is acknowledged and rewarded for individual and collective contribution and shares in the Company’s success.

Requirements
  • Education - MBA HR
  • Experience – 8 to 10 years
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Strategic planning, Creative, Forward Thinker and Solid Team Player.
  • Strong presentation, leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in MNCs, Software-IT would be preferred.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times.
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Motivated individual with proven initiative. Professional appearance and manners.

Accounts assistant

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping terminology and practices.
  • Working knowledge of Tally (9.2) system and knowledge of bank reconciliation.
  • Ability to process payroll and generate reports.
  • Knowledge of Statutory payments such as Provident fund, Income tax, VAT & Professional tax.
  • Ability to compose routine correspondence & reports.
  • Ability to determine work priorities, review the work assigned to Admin support staff.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
  • Minimum one year of Administrative Support and Accounting Assistant experience.
