Q: I requested to have additional information emailed, but I haven’t received it yet.
A: If there is additional information about the viewed MedBeats, which can be sent via email, the request for the email is sent to Skyscape during the next synchronization.
NOTE:
  • Not all MedBeats messages have additional content available.
  • The MedBeats information you view on your handheld is not emailed to you. Only the additional resources as they apply to that MedBeatst will be emailed.
  • The request for additional information is only available via email on initial viewing.  If the MedBeats was saved previously then a request for additional information cannot be emailed.
