Smartpatch

Dear Valued Customer,

We are aware that under some circumstances, registrations of Skyscape products with version numbers earlier than 139 (the last three digits of the version number), on Palm OS devices, have had difficulties. We have created a Smartpatch to update such software installed on the Palm OS device, so that registration and unlocking will work correctly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Please download the patch from the link below :

Install SmartPatch-030103.prc into your main memory using the Palm Desktop Install Tool (click here for details). Once installed, it will automatically update your software and eliminate any registration issues.

If you have already completed the registration process and have an unlock code as a result, just install the patch and your unlock code will work. You do not need to re-register.
